We specialize in treating musculoskeletal issues, such as chronic pain, strains, and sports-related injuries using the application of sustained pressure, deep strokes to knead and manipulate the inner layers of your muscle and connective tissues.

Regular therapeutic massage sessions can help reduce pain, improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, prevent injury, optimize joint mobility and flexibility, improve posture, and decrease stress. All sessions include hot towels.

Deep Tissue:

Targeting specific areas of the body that cause stress in the system. This session will include a variety of techniques such as skin rolling, myofascial release, trigger point release, pin and stretch techniques tailored to the clients specific needs. This also may include the use of guasha tools and slip stream cupping to assist in the release of fascial adhesions at the therapist and client's discretion.
